What is the timeframe for support? How long can a user expect to have service? Months?
Maybe an hour or less if its important. Something trivial may be several days. Like if there are alternate ways of doing it or if your just being stupid.

Support is pretty much the same as it has been for the last few months. So yea nothing is really changing there.

my concern is Will it be back? The CS site is gone for now and possibly forever, in addition new clients will not be automagically accepted. You may however contact admin@chemicalservers.com if you have a hosting request. Since we do not have any specific plans.. we can kinda do anything you need.
i know about zzstack is that the new CS? or is that going too? will the current paid plan be able to be renewed (i dont have any paid but i know someone who does) and are my free account safe or do i need to look else where? if elsewhere how long?

Free accounts are safe, nothing will be deleted, the amount of resources you all use is trivial. Current paying clients are setup through
http://panel.zzstack.com/ and will continue being billed, they may also submit tickets through that interface, although I prefer emails.

The entire venture did not make enough money for me to continue working to expand it, the web hosting industry is just too bloated to be invested in unless your doing something revolutionary. And I don't have the resources to revolutionize it.
It's basically now a front & back for my other sites, projects, and various existing and new personal clientele. For example... sometime this week I am evaluating a business owned by a friend and will start hosting them in a month or so. I consider you all friends or at least associates.. so if there is some sort of service that I may be able to help you with, feel free to contact me. Chances are I can get you it cheaper.
