Support tickets?

is there anyone doing support tickets on a regular basis, i had a ticket in there for over 24 hours with no response..

They are done within 24 hours generally, if its a little later, than ive had my hands full with other things. Ill work on getting rv and yourself back into the system soon. Than support times will improve some.

awesome, i wouldn't normally complain but it wasn;t my account and basically i was the one who F'ed it up, well technically it was that system glitch i told you about lol..
