Soooo i tried. And i dont think its possible because i have grub installed like this...
/dev/sda - Grub,Ubuntu
/dev/sdb - Windows
I think in order for this to work you would have to have grub on the windows partition. Which i just dont feel like doing.
I also tried setting up BOTH partitions to be accessible in virtualbox. Which got grub to load. But when i tried booting windows from that i got an error.
I guess Another alternative might be to install ubuntu in a new virtualbox with both the virtualdisk for ubuntu and a sata connector for windows. Then ubuntu might do some magic grub configuration and i might be able to boot that way. (I'd do it this way because I dont feel like learning how to configure grub2 which has pretty much become the new standard....I knew how to manually do grub1)
