Shopping Cart with File Upload Feature

Hello TheHostHelpers!

Once again I am turning to the helpful forum members to assist me with my problem.

I have never really used an E-commerce shopping script accept from WHMCS and are totally new to this area. What I am looking to do is produce a website like VistaPrint.

At the moment I am really looking for the basic feature of a client upload  his/her artwork and have the ability of adding attachments to each order. I have no need for a client to be able to create a design online.

The script must also have the option of setting various variables and add-ons to each product.

Any suggests on a Shopping Cart with File Upload Feature?

Hack something together from one of the well known scripts already out there?

I personally havent seen a product that natively supports this out of the box, but then again most of us here have really only used software that is specifically for the server/hosting market!
