Why are you so upset? You must recognize that this expectation that corporations should contribute to the community is largely driven by some notable groups such as Google. Clearly, there is no such obligation, but this is what people have learned to expect.

Right, expect. People are too entitled. It's like when people were at 110mb, everyone thought they DESERVED to have all kind of sh*t free.

That's what happens when all the other free hosts bombard you with offers.

I've finally bought an iPad 2, and I can say im impressed so far. I must admit it would be infinitely more awesome with flash, but I use it around work to run diagnostic programs and status monitors on my servers/Equilogic boxes and it does that wonderfully. Nice and light.

Also worth noting: If you have an iPhone or a Droid, remember you can use personal hotspot to provide network connections to the device - dont waste money on a 3G version!

I never missed Flash on my iPad. I occasionally use YouTube, but I usually enjoy my videos on a bigger screen.

Incidentally: the non-3G iDevices do not have any automatic time-synchronizing mechanism. I guess iOS (and Android) depends on the cellular network for time updates (though MIUI does support time updates over WiFi). I use ClockSync on Android but have not figured out how to fix my iPad. Please let me know if you find a solution, with jailbreak or otherwise, because this iPad is going to my mom and I wouldn't want her to depend on an unreliable time-keeping device.
