Well I heard that the government is trying to change the copyright laws here... but last time they tried (in 2008) majority of the public was against it and they didn't.

Heh. I've got the 4g itouch now. (preordered it awhile back.) The only thing I don't like about it is that I can't get a case for it on dealextreme. I'm not paying $20.

after watching someone borrow my ipod, take the case off (with me telling them that they better not drop it) then seeing them drop it 5 feet onto a tile floor. i'm buying a case. (no damage to it though!)
