Welcome to The Host Helpers.  We have an excellent community of members who are waiting to help you troubleshoot your problem.  Our members are experts in PHP, MySQL, HTML, and almost everything else that has to do with designing your site, getting it online, and managing it.

However, there are some problems that we can't help you with.  These problems are listed below along with our suggested solution.


Question:  My site keeps timing out while loading.  What do I need to do to fix it?

Answer:  If you are using free or shared hosting, there is nothing we can do to help you.  More than likely your host's having issues and the server has crashed/gone offline.  If this is the case, we suggest contacting your host through their own form of support.  If you are using your own VPS or dedicated server, then please ask your question in the Server Administration board.

Question:  My site keeps redirecting to an "Account Suspended" page or something similar.

Answer:  Please contact your hosting provider.  If they have suspended your account, then you have to work with them to un-suspend it.  There is nothing we can do to help.

Question:  Can you help me make a site that looks just like PAYPAL, FACEBOOK, WORLD OF WARCRAFT, EBAY, ANY BANK, etc?

Answer:  No.  This is commonly known as "phishing" and is against most laws.  We do suggest that you sit down for a minute and try and come up with another way to make money.
