Yeah, decided it was time for this to happen.

That said, I didn't want to make overly intrusive so it is only there if you aren't logged in.  This way people are encouraged to register/login.  And for those of you who don't want to log in and don't like the ad, well, there are things out there to take care of it...I can think of 3-4 different ways off the top of my head.  If that's what you choose to do, that's your choice and I won't hold it against you.

tho im not sure... since your using pics do you get paid per view or per click still or both?

i know CPM is a low payout but i think your site gets prob 150,000 hits a year on your main page a local site i know of gets something like 80,000 a year(all pages) so... granted not unique...

Adwords pays virtually nothing for hits. And they only count "legitimate clicks" so ya know. however they figure that out. The legit clicks they count though generally pay fairly well.

I think we all have been meaning to say adsense. Not adwords. So there is that. In anycase. It's a good deal for the people who actually are posting the ads. They get Tons of impressions and only have to pay for a portion of the clicks.
