Well, as I said, they're pretty good. I had master reseller unlimited @ $15/mo, and I got what I paid for. The only limitations are not being able to see the files of those under you ("We check them for you", they say), and no SSH. Only one major downtime during my ~4 months of service with them, and it was only about 2 hours long. Their support tickets are quite wonderful, you always get a fast reply. Staff is friendly. If you're looking for cPanel and the price feels right, go for it. I left simply because I wanted more power from a VPS, and their prices for such were too high.
